You and Obsydian Ventures LLC (MENATOMY™) agree that any claims shall be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration provision within thirty (30) days of the date you first agree to these Terms of Service by contacting us at info@shopmenatomy.com with your full name and a clear written statement of your intent to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
