- Free shipping on orders $35+
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days
- Tracking details are sent once your order leaves our facility

At this time, Menatomy ships within the United States only.
Shipping timelines begin once your order is handed off to the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also reserve the right to protect our business from misuse.

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept general returns of opened or used items.

Refund or replacement requests may be reviewed within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders that meet one of the following conditions:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, or
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Menatomy reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its discretion.

If approved, a refund, replacement, or store credit may be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and assist when appropriate.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required by law.
If tax appears at checkout, it is based on your shipping address and applicable local regulations. Menatomy does not control state or local tax requirements.
