Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered as subscriptions, which provide recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Menatomy (Obsydian Ventures LLC) to securely store and automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring shipment unless you cancel or modify the subscription prior to the next billing date.

You may manage, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by using the link provided in your order confirmation email. Changes must be made before the next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.

Cancellations apply to future orders only. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds except as expressly permitted under our Refund Policy.

Menatomy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings, pricing, or availability at any time.

Refunds and Returns for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same refund and return terms as one-time purchases. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No Pre-Orders or Try-Before-You-Buy

Menatomy does not currently offer pre-orders, try-before-you-buy programs, or deferred billing options.

All products available for purchase are in stock and charged in full at the time of checkout.
