We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. However, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible orders that meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, OR  

• The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@shopmenatomy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation.

If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Do not send items back unless you receive written authorization from us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.

Approved claims may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used personal-care products (including soaps, deodorants, wipes, and grooming items)

• Sale or promotional items

• Gift cards

• Custom or special-order products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a refund is approved, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Additional Terms

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Menatomy reserves the right to refuse refunds for excessive requests, suspected abuse, or misuse of our policies.
